Who we are
The House Solutions (www.thehousesolutions.co.uk) is a free information-sharing website run by D. Jay in Solihull, England. For anything about your personal information, email laudjay4@gmail.com.
This policy covers this website, messages you send to our WhatsApp Business number +44 7856 220453, and emails you send us.
What we collect
- WhatsApp: your WhatsApp profile name, your phone number, the messages and any files you send us, and when they were sent. We also receive delivery and read receipts for our replies.
- Email: your email address and what you write.
- This website: you never need to log in or fill in a form. Checklists you tick are saved only in your own browser, on your own device. Our website host (Wix) may keep standard server logs.
Why we use it
Only to read your message and reply to you. We do not use it for advertising, we do not add you to any marketing list, and we never sell your information or share it with anyone else.
Our lawful basis under UK GDPR is legitimate interests: answering a message you chose to send us.
How your messages are handled
- WhatsApp messages travel through Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform, which Meta runs under its own terms and privacy policy.
- They are then stored on our own computer in the UK, not in an online database.
- We use an AI assistant (Claude, made by Anthropic) to help us read messages and draft replies. When it does, the text of the message is processed by Anthropic.
- A person reads and approves every reply before it is sent. Nothing is sent to you automatically.
How long we keep it
We keep your messages only for as long as we need them to reply to you. You can ask us to delete them at any time, and we will.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask to see the information we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, or to object to how we use it. Email laudjay4@gmail.com and we will reply within one month.
To stop receiving WhatsApp messages from us, tell us or block the number.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Changes to this policy
If anything changes, we will update this page and the date at the top.

你的訊息如何處理
- WhatsApp 訊息經 Meta 的 WhatsApp Business 平台傳送，該平台受 Meta 自己的條款和私隱政策規管。
